It ingests your Excel, CSV, and PDF sources, computes KPIs, detects anomalies and writes plain-English commentary — cited and explainable.

Do I need a data team to use PrecisionIQ?

No. PrecisionIQ is built for finance and operational users. If you have a data team, they will find our APIs powerful too.

What file formats do you support?

Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV and PDF at launch. More sources (Google Sheets, direct DB connectors, accounting SaaS) are on the roadmap.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our architecture is SOC2 Type II ready and GDPR-compliant.

Where is my data stored?

By default in US or EU regions. Enterprise customers can select region and residency requirements.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your data is never used to train shared models. Enterprise deployments support fully isolated model instances.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual, charged per active user. Annual gets you 2 months free.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — cancel any time from your account settings. Your workspace stays in read-only mode for 30 days.
